On all Polaris with digital speedo from 2000 and up the speedo must work to have AWD. Unless it a "hall effect senor" failure on the inside right front wheel which cause every thing on the speedo to quit working accept the hour meter but still allows the AWD to function.
You would have to look it up on this site with the "search" option, but there is a easy wiring bypass to have AWD without the speedo being involved, for those who do not care about having a speedo yet want AWD working.

I doubt its your speedo causing the problem if its working. But if it did there is a wiring bypass for that also since a 2000 325 Xpendition has the same AWD system and has no speedometer whats so ever.
My guess is you have a bad AWD swich, causing no power to get to the hubs. Take it apart and clean it would be worth a try.

I have power on both wires.Goes on and off with switch did take apart and clean anyways. The only thing electrical that does not work is the reverse overide switch.the 4wd functon works but the speed limiter doesnt.
