Recoil Install

Putting new recoil on my 500 Scrambler, I figure I could just bolt it on and go. I was just wondering if there's any thing special I should do while installing?

Seal with silicone COMPLETELY around cover to help stop water

Also silicon the pull cord handle to its seat on the recoil cover. It,s only used rarely and the silicon will easily break loose if you need the pull start.
