Old Polaris Tech....I use to work at a dealershp as well. (Started in late 97 and still at it in some form nearly everyday) I now do contract help and testing when I get the chance. I know what you mean about the crying warranty. One of the head guys in Reasou in the engineering is Bryce Evans. A super smart guy. One thing he does is look at all the warranty parts that are shipped back in. I got the chance to spend part of a day with him a few years back and the stuff that he got back was nothing like the description provided by the dealer Bad belts and warped covers. CV joints that just "BROKE". It was amazing at the stuff that was sent in that was complete abuse and lack of up keep. He also in some cases duplicate complaints and tries to get parts to fail to make sure the problem won't be a big issue on all the atv's or just a fluke on that machine. 9 claims out of 10 can be duplicated by abuse and can nearly match exactly the quote "failed part"
