Default OVERRIDE / REV LIMITER QUESTION

Did you unplug the black wire to the cdi box instead of the reverse limiter? The limilter has 4 wires coming off it. Green, white, yellow and black(if memory serves)

Go here http://parts.polarisind.com/Br...asp?RedirectFromDEX=Y

and put in your model, year etc and go to the "Electrical/taillight assy" page.
Number 41 is the reverse limiter box. Number 40 is the cdi bracket and it shows a picture of the cdi but no part number(on that page anyway)

What is the problem you are javing with the machine? Are you just trying to eliminate the reverse limiter?

4X4 should still work(you will still have to hit the override button though). If you do that the machine will not have the limit capability and it will shut off with the key still.
