Kinda sorta! Also allows room for wider tires to keep from rubbing against tierod ends, etc!

Most people add them to allow clearance of the tie rod ends. Others add them for a wider stance and more stability. I add them on most of my atv's and utv's as they aren't as tipsy. They have nothing to do with a mexican lowrider, but that theory makes me laugh! Just add some fuzzy dice to the handlebars! Maybe some ape hangers, too! LOL!

Sten you might be on to something there but in reverse. When you are hi centered press a button to get the air suspention to raise you up for more clearance, get that frame up off the hump.

I would get offset rims versus the wheel spaces

Default wheel spacers,,dumb question

why would get offset and not spacers... is there a down fall or some kind of wear?

its a little bit stronger. there are two types of wheel spacers one you remove the original studs and place long studs in (usually about 1" longer than what the spacer is) then the spacer slides over those studs to keep the rim off the hub.(the weakest one) or there is one that you take the studs out of the hub and the spacers has studs made into it that you bolt to the hub and there are another set of studs for the wheel on the opposite sides. a little stronger but getting offset wheels is the strongest way. the wheel spacers are the cheap way out.
