That is to adjust yur pod headlight!

Default What does this wheel do?
Yep, it's how you aim the headlight. Different weight riders,as well as riding style(fwd or back on the seat) ect can affect the headlight aim so it is adjustable just like cars/trucks are.

you mean thats where the "nos" **** is? no wonder i cant see at night and i dont get anymore power lol.
