Default installing a winch

Hi, newbie here looking for some information. Have a 05' Sportsman 700 twin and looking for some wiring diagrams or some head starts toward wiring a winch. I understand most of the prewiring is in place, just curious about colors etc.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Default installing a winch

If installing Warn winch, blue and yellow leads to winch head, has red and ground back towards battery if prewired that hook up, commutator connections color coded:black, red blue, yellow. To toggle switch has small red power wire that connects to red/white connector under front panel to operate with key on. Most brands of winches include good instructions on hookup. Good luck

just make sure you didnt wire any cables around sharp edges to rub thru the cable and short out. just giving heads up.
