need somebody with knowledge of those clutches to find this post but i would check your distance from center of bolt on each clutch. i believe its supposed to be 10" or 10 1/2" im not sure. do a search on here and im sure you will find the distance needed. if that is off then check motor mounts to see if one is broken or loose and has let the motor shift. tranny is usually bolted in and will not move but do not unrule it either. on the other hand if the distance is correct then check the EBS one way clutch if your bike has it. some have said that the fiber bushing will wear out and cause problems. sorry i cant be more specific but i havent run across anything like that.

If the clutch sheaves are engaging and it is a new belt check its deflection. Hotseat has some instructions on that.
If the belt is set right-no broken mounts, etc.
Left the quad off the ground and make sure that the drivetrain is moving smoothly-no worn out bearings.
If that is ok then drain the fluid out of the tranny and see how much metal comes out and start there

Sounds like you preloaded the secondary the wrong way.should be 1/3 turn counter clockwise.

i dont think it is the secondary wound wrong the problem is not changing no matter what i do i will check distance between shafts and see if that is the issue thanks
