If you do get a thumb warmer.........Try to get the one with the dial ...adjustable temp. range.......
Some with the full "on" heat get way too hot !!........Caper........

Like capper said try to get the one with dial, mine is a toggle switch with just 2 setting hi or low but there great, around here everybody has them never hear complaints. I have the dial control on my grips and love that, although I have never seen the dial for thum.

On my sled the thumb warmer has the high and low setting like the two grips do. I put a set grip and thumb warmer from our Yamaha dealer on a Polaris and they work great but I never seen warmers that do not do the trick even the Wal Mart type.

I responded just a minute ago on a similar thread about this subject.....If you're in need of both hand and thumb warmers I have the Symtec winter pak which includes both along with 5 heat setting which can be controlled independently of each other...You'll always have the exact setting you need...Never too hot never not hot enough...

I've only had the Polaris brand and they get so hot on high that you need gloves to keep from getting burned. I usually put them on high until it gets really hot then put it on low. That's enough settings for me.
