Default Predator 50 Carb Removal

Simple to do.Remove 2 air box 5mm allen screwsand clamp holding box to carb, screw clamp on carb intake and pull carb enough to remove four screws on bottom of carb, remove bowl, remove main jet that is exposed and small pilot jet inside of carb body with small flat screwdriver. Make sure can see daylight through both jets after blowing out with carb cleaner(air blower if have compressor)check that float and needle operating up and down, not stuck or will have to remove float pin and clean float needle. Also make sure small hole for choke in bottom of float bowl open(OFTEN OVERLOOKED) Good luck ALSO simple wayto start if dont ride often is to block small tube on air box with thumb<blocks air flow and will start easier even with manual or electric choke models. Good luck
