All taken within ten miles from my home. 60 mi North of the Idaho border in BC Canada.

 

The picture with the large body of water looks like something you would see on the Sea to Sky highway from Horeshoe Bay to Whistler. So is it Koocanuska Lake. You must be from the Kootnays. There sure is a lot of beautiful country back there. I'm from Sechelt but travel there to go hunting and camping.

Prett7 close 600Grizzly. Its on Kootenay Lake near the ferry landing. Winter is a fact of life here so the Tracks are a necessity.
Koocanusa is about 100mi east of here.

 

Here is a shot in the dark. Do you know Paul Piro and his buddy that owns the sporting goods store up on the hill ? If you fish there is a good chance.
