Default PICS of our ride today-unfortunately probably my last...

well my wife and i were going riding with my buddy and his girlfriend. everything was well for about for 30 minutes or so then i started having problems with my spark plug (the boot kept coming off plug killing my bike) after getting that fixed my wife's battery died on her. it is her first time out on the trails with the clutch so with a lot of stalling and restarting bike i think it killed the battery. so i got on the honda and drove it the rest so it wouldn't stall or anything. here is the kicker on why we probably wont do any more riding. i was going up a pretty tight dirt hill and my front tire on my polaris hit the tree (luckily it was me riding it, my wife was scared to go up the hill) and threw the atv in the air and obviously threw me off, the four wheeler fell down the hill on top of me and completely freaked my wife out and didn't get me excited at all. she honestly thought i was dead which really freaked her out. i am very thankful i am still alive and the only thing wrong with the bike is a broke left fender. my body is aching a good bit and i'm sure will kill me at 7am when i wake up for work and just one cut on my hand. so i want to say thanks to everyone on here that have helped me get both my bike running. good luck and ride safe.

**on the funny side my buddy's tire fell off at the beginning of our ride we were going very slow so no harm to him at all**

Everyone needs to remember to RIDE SAFE too!

You were very lucky on your ride. I didn't see any gloves or helmets and I did see tennis shoes in these photo's! We all need to wear the right gear when going out for a ride! Accidents do happen! The most important piece of safty equipment is YOUR HEAD! Use it and have yourself and your bike prepared for the ride and it will be much safer!!
Take care and hope your luck continues!

I don't understand how someone could just walk away from the sport they love. If you guys wore safety gear the chance of injury is A LOT less. Good luck.

be more thankful then you already are this is no joke.Be thankful your alive and your wife. You could have very well broken your neck.you guys should of without question been wearing helmets. If you ever get back into it save yourself and buy a helmet. You broke the golden rule never ride without a helmet and that goes for everyone else in that photo.
