depends on the day and who you are i think alot of times w/ the dealers i deal with. but genrally speaking they suck.

 

My longtime dealer that closed was good on sales, I even bought an ATV at less than dealer cost. Not so good on service sometimes. They never had enough people to get the job done quick enough. They had some common parts on hand.

My new dealer sold me my stuff and that's all I know.

 

My dealer treats me will... at least price wise. I do most of my maintenance myself, so I really can't say much about his service. Hopefully, I won''t need that much service from him. He's an extremely busy dealer, so I hope that is the case.

He keeps a fair amount of parts and accessories on hand. If he doesn't have it, he usually can get it in a few day.

 

Polaris of Kingsport, TN. Good family run business....they also have a really nice sporting goods store next door. Good pricing on quads. Unsure of parts and service...usually do my own service work.
