Default Trail boss 250 carb

I have a 1988 trail boss 250 that i have been working on, but cant figure out why fuel keeps leaking out of the carb. I have put a new needle in it and it still leaks.

If float arm worn or set too high, can leak also. Can also set float arm to shut fuel off a little quicker by bending float tang down slightly. Hold carb upside down with float arm installed to see if level with carb body Or just a little higher by bending tang down. This might help solve leaking. Also is carb gasket new?

The fuel is leaking out of the air box side of the carb. I cheched the floats and the arm they are set the way they are suppose to be. I had the carb in with everything hooked up except for the throttle valve slide and the needle were out and it didn't leak any fuel until i put the throtle valve back in. Then fuel just started flowing out of the back sie of the carb.
