battery tender takes little juice to run the light, which is what its doing most of the time. and when it charges you battery it uses less then 1/20 a killowatt hour. and a kwh is something like $0.32. so MABE $1.00 a month if you have a crappy battery. very inexpensive and will extend you battery life a year+

I think you have to run the engine 5 minutes after you put Sta-Bil in the gas. There's no need to drain the bowl IMO. I never drained the carb on any kind of engine in the last 20 years and haven't had any problems.
I don't have a garage to back my quad into but I'm waiting for more snow to plow and ride in. Maybe the reason I never had mice get in mine like several other people have is because it's outdoors all the time. All the mice are in your garages out of the weather. I knew there had to be a bright side to "cold storage". The down side is sometimes the cover gets frozen to the seat and it has a foot of snow piled up on it. Oh well. I'm used to it. And at least mouse parts don't spray out of the belt housing when I crank it up. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
