How did you clean the carbs? did you do it properly and thoroughly?
I don't think this sounds like oil injector issues. Sounds like the carb isn't running properly.
You might have fouled a plug after all the flooding that sounds like has occured.

You were all wrong and you should be ashamed of yourself considering I practically gave the answer away.
I drained my "2 cycle boat gas" from the tank, drained the carb bowl, disconnected the oil injector and filled the tank with fresh un-mixed gas. Cranked it over for about 4 seconds and it fired up!
No it was'nt a bad carb job, no it was'nt a plugged pipe, and no it was'nt bad compression. And eggenz7, yes it does run with no pipe. I can only think that it must of been oil over load, fouling the plug. I did'nt think I had such a high oil-to-gas ratio that it would stop it from running, just though it would smoke a lot, but be on the safe side since I did'nt know if the oil injector was any good still. Now that I think about it, I did mix in quite a bit of oil in that last tank of gas, but the boat ran ok...

Glad you found the source of the problem then. Operator error.
I noticed you updated the origoinal post AFTER everyone had tried to help you out. You should be ashamed of yourself

The only thing I edited from the original post was the title, I added "~update~" to the title post so people would see the problem has been found, but the body of the post is unchanged. You should be ashamed of yourself for for claiming that the first post was changed after the fact!
