Here's a topic I wouldn't mind talking about, ZoomZoom Guts, as I call it.
Just wondering if anybody ever had their guts feel like they have been turned inside out & inside in sort of feeling after a ride? I'm sure there's a proper name for it. I wear a belt most of the time but, isn't it an awful feeling?

Thats what I call old age! I wear a motocross belt now because it all hurts after long, bumpy rides...and I am only 28!

Standing up before you hit a bump (when you can see it) helps. As does not eating for an hour before you ride.
If you want to really cure it, do 100 sit-ups each morning.
Like I said, stand for big bumps and go on an empty stomach.

Yeah not having a full belly really makes a difference plus a kidney belt sure keeps ya together. Once old age gets ya man it plain out sucks!!!!!!!

The only time I felt zoomzoom guts was when I witnessed my friend role my quad down a 35 foot hill. I think my gut problem was a little different then yours though.

Hahaha, hehehe! sorry Sparkster, that was so funny. It's a gut feeling no one wants when ones machine takes a tumble.

I can soak up the bumps like a maxi pad without any discomfort, working your mid section also can help a lot. For a quick efficient workout I like using the ab slide, ya know the one on the infomercials, they really do work.

Hey Scramdaddy I was thinking maybe I could just duct tape a wheelbarrow inner tube to my butt and inflate to 20Lbs.:-)
