Default ATV CAMERA

Anyone have this product or know about it for their Polaris ATV's? My cuz is considering buying this as he wants to be able to mount the camera on his head (LOL. Helmet) and his handlebars.

Pros/Cons? Or do you recommend another product?

Regards,

i had a pov.1 camera and it would be awesome for atv riding. i bought it to use for filming my bow hunting but without a zoom it didnt work that well. very pricey though, but excellent quality.

Howdy 'R.....The camera is a bargain for what it does at 149.99. The choices for the SD card sizes is good. It is VGA quality video but should OK on the trails. Some thing like this 25 years ago would of been thousands of dollars to buy and then you would need the Big Boss 6X6 to carry it around.....NoJoke

I just picked up an Epic Stealthcam for $75 at gander mountain a month or so ago and it works great. Its definitely not high def but it is suprisingly clear. It came in one big kit with the camera, a 2GB SD Card, tons of attachments including a tree screw and helemt clip, a waterproof casing for the camera for filming underwater and the usb cord! So it was a pretty freakin sweet deal!

Here you can see the difference from a Oregon ATC2K (road), and a Hero Go Pro camera.

Looks like a decent camera for the money. The ability to use the "high capacity" SD card is nice and the remote is pretty cool too. The main downfall to all of the mini cams IMO is "camera shake" caused by wind and vibration, many videos I've seen are almost unwatchable because of this.

I use the GoPro Hero on my vids.....Camera shoots great quality vids, I just usually edit them in lower quality to keep the vid sizes smaller for uploading. I have a vid posted somewhere in this section where I use the camera alot. I've been extremely pleased with it so far!!

Man I can't believe how good the videos are with the GoPro
HERO camera. It looks awesome! For $30 dollars I am going
to recommend to the cuz to buy the better product.

Question, will this GoPro product handle more than 2GB
SD card?

Thx,

R'
