Just installed Highlifter front and rear spring kit

The front of springs were way easy to do do less than an hour for both sides. The back was a different story. I want to find the moron at Polaris that decided to have all assembly install the upper rear spring bolt so you cant remove it without removing the entire exhaust and pop him in the jaw. i could have done that whole job in 2 hours tops if i didn't have to remove the entire rear cab and exhaust.
I took it out and did some donuts in the snow and it seamed really stable. And it no longer droops when i get on. So i am happy i just hope they don't settle too much.

Engineers, doesnt matter whether Polaris,Honda,Kawasaki,or Suzuki engineers are NOT thinking about the lowly mechanic when designing anything,ONLY how to make it work! I've always thought that BEFORE they ever design anything, let em turn turn a few wrenches for a while and they just might think ahead about what they design and at least think a little about how hard it will be to work on! But I'm not holding my breath waiting on this to ever happen!!

Just a thought; another reason for the MFG or dealerships to keep the
"Service" business is to make repairs a big burden where you need
special tools or equipment to get to the areas etc. In your case
having to remove several things on the back of your machine.
Am I too far off Old Polaris Tech? At least I see this in the computer/
electronic world, we call it "proprietary", LOL..LOL
