How to disable engine kill switch on handlebar?
#11
I remember your post when that happened Rtick.
Good info from somebody that has experienced an issue like this first hand. Again - hopefully we can ALL learn from this.
By the way - no issue with the throttle - but plowing today I "nicked" my camper and put an 8" cut through the slide. Haven't had the Kahoonas to tell the wife yet. Kinda bummed - guess I tried to plow too close and the wheeler "slid" over a little. Sorry to jump in with this - but Rtick's post about his "deck incident" reminded me of my "oh crap".

Geesh guys, give the guy a break! I too would fix the switch but this turned into a preaching session. I would tell you how to do that but not sure of who you are or how old you are. Wouldn't want a youngster doing this and getting hurt or killed.

My opinion isn't from a saftey stand point, But on a 2 year old machine it boggles my mind why a person wouldn't want to fix it properly? I know I'm not the only one that thinks that way.
