Default Have blink codes need HELP

I have an o4 700 efi sportsman, i was working on the tail light and touched the hot wire to the frame, I have the following blink codes 41, 32 56. I do not know what code 32 is. My fuses are all good. When i go to start it, the speedo powers off and then comes back after a few seconds.

How do i clear the blink codes?

Once i clear the code it should start again? or is there more i need to do?

have you disconnected the battery (both +/-), let it sit for several minutes and then reconnect?
