My dealer just e-mailed me back and said the 2009 XP's don't have a cover where the winch goes. Is he full of it or what?? I looked on the Polaris web site and saw nothing. HO, I can't see the pics you posted.</end quote></div>

Yeah your network must block photobucket..
Tell your dealer to look at the parts fiche under 'front bumper" it's there...
Item #8, Part number is 5436202-070

I have to walk out the door right now or I would e-mail them to you. If you still need the pics I can e-mail them when I get back in about an hour or so.

I gotta say, I never noticed that piece whether it was there or not. Just another piece of plastic that would probably break. You guys spend alot of time looking at your machine?
I really don't see any benefit besides harder to clean around the winch. To each their own, I guess..........

Actually it keeps alot of larger crap, sticks limbs ect, out...it's called "attention to detail"...do we have to do this again Roofer?

EDIT-And you can reach in behind it from the sides to clean if you need to.

"Larger crap" Yep there is a big space there........LOL

Come on.......I said "to each their own"......... Give me a break.

I have to say it looks better, but my view is usually from the seat. I was just being honest that I never even noticed and probably never will.
