I wish a remote control shut-off was offered on all kid's quads. That way if you saw your child heading for danger you could simply hit the remote and disable the ATV.

as for the TOP SPEED? I think that you can set the throttle skrew to keep it going SLOWER!

Our Outlaw 90 has been extremely dependable. It lived through an entire season of XC racing and my 12 year old daughter won the state A class 14 and under state Championship on it. So it has seen a lot of hours on some rough trails. Stock it's top speed was around 28 M.P.H. After Jetting and a pipe it jumped up just a little bit, but is much much quicker getting there now.

My sons Outlaw has been pretty good so far (2 yrs). I little hard starting but after it warms up it's fine. However, starting this year, it stalls when he goes through water. The only way not to stall is to creep through the water otherwise it stalls almost everytime. Looking for a solution for the problem now.

From what I have seen, they are pretty good little quads. I have seen a few go down to water problems like Jeffro_in-Texas mentions. The starter/on off and some other electrical assemblies tend to short out from water splash easier than other machines. I would just go through all the electronics and use dielectric grease at all the connections to be safe. I have heard that using a dirtbike kill switch as a starter button may give more reliability.
