Softer ride Spotsman 800 or Rincon 680?

I was in a nasty spill several months ago with my Rincon which put me out of commission for a month and now have a lot of upper and lower back pain while riding. My last trip was over 100 miles on Saturday and I was popping Motrin like candy. I was talking to several Polaris owners who told me that the ride of the Sportsman 800 is softer and you feel less bumps than on the Rincon, is this true?
Thanks, Thor

I have never ridden a Rinon, but they say that the popo's ride is far superior to any others....had a 700, and it road like a dream, have a RZR now, so no comparison...
Go to the nearest dealer and take one for a spin, I think you will NOT be disappointed

As far as ride quality and bump absorbtion go, there is no comparison between the two. Polaris hands down. I ride with two good buds on a rincons quite frequently. I am a popo rider,as are a few other friends of ours. The rincons are great machines however, the ride simply is in a different league.

I have a 07 700 sportsman and a 06 Rincon, the sportsman is much heavier and the seat is much softer, that is why the sportman is a better ride. My wife likes the Rincon better because it IS lighter and a little easier to throw around. The sportsman has way more power and I prefer it over the Rincon , so to each his or her own.

one of my next door neighbors has a 09 rincon680 and my other neighbor has a polaris 800 and they let me ride them, polaris feels like heaven compared to the rincon in my opinion, but the rincon is still a very good machine, just in that section the polaris is hands down

Both sprotsmans will ride smoother, but the new Xp series will handle better, as well as ride ultra smooth. The New XPs are not lighter, but they feel a lot lighter than the regular sportsmans. I had an 09 Rincon, a decent enough machine but very underpower. The new XP series Sportsmans are awesome with the new exspecially EPS feature IMO.
