#11
Hey everyone, I am new here and look forward to all of your knowlede. Have have a 1991 trailboss and the fan motor is not working. I see there is a hose that comes off the motor, but is not connected to anything. Does this hose suppose to connect to something. I see it is a liquid cooled motor, and even bought a Hayens manual to help me, but cannnot find anything on the hose. Thanks for any help I can get. Bob

Thanks, I guess since the fan motor is not working, I need to start with the fues first, and then go from there. Bob</end quote></div>
Jump two wires at radiator sensor at top of radiator with key on,fan should come on,if not then could possibly be bad. Replacement motors wont have vent tube, this was the cause of a lot of em going out because of water ingestion. If fan comes on when jumping two wires,BUT doesn't come on when gets hot, could be bad radiator sensor.
