Default 2002 700 Twin Losing Power

Ok here's the deal, I don't think its electrical. Everything seems to work except something wrong with the carb. It still sprays gas when starting if the gas is on. If its not on or you turn it on for a few seconds, it will pur like a kitten til the gas runs out. If the gas is on it floods. Needle and seat have been replaced and carb has been cleaned about 10 times. What the heck is it. We've adjusted the float, but not sure if that's it or not. Starting to get frustrating! Any one got any insight. Changed quite a few things hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it soon! Thanks for anymore help.

Got her all figured out, need a new float, there was something wrong with the old one. On the adjustment tab, there was a small divot in it, and no matter what you would adjust it to, it would keep slipping down to the divot and flooding. Runs great now! Thanks to everyone who had input!
