Default Fender Flares for a X2

Anybody know of a place that makes fender flares/ mud skirts for a x2.

I've got Pro S tracks on mine and now that the snows starting to disappear in the valley's I'm coming home covered in mud.

Doesn't bother me much but the wife's pricing washing machines after yesterdays fun

How do you like the tracks? I just ordered the same ones for my 800. By the time I get them there won't be any snow! LOL! Oh well, there's always mud!

I thought I've seen some fender flares a while back, but don't remember where. If I find them I'll post it......

I found some fender flares for the sportsman at maier plastics, but they don't list any for the x2. I would give them a call and see if they are going to make some or where to find them. I can't seem to find any now. I'll keep looking, though.

The tracks are a kick. I 've had them on since day one. I haven't even rode the 700 on the tires other than driving into the shop from the trailer.

The wife and I have put more than 400 miles on since january 15th. We've both rode snowmobiles for years and after having the X2 w/tracks we arn't going back to snowmobiles any time soon.

You won't be able to go as fast as the snow scoots but 35 to 40 mph actual will let you enjoy the ride. You'll have to expect that your cheeks will be sore from all the smiling you'll be doing as you blast through the powder or from laughing at other guys who are stuck spinning their wheels.

I'll check out Maier but it would be nice if Polaris would offer them as an assessory for the track kit.

Be prepared with some good waterproof gear when you do get your tracks on as they do throw the snow and mud.

I can hardly wait. Many of my friends ride sleds. I've been out with them, but it's not for me. I contemplated the tracks for some time. I figure it's the only way I'll get the wife out in the snow. Many cabins and trails nearby to ride. My sled friends will laugh, but then they'll want a tow! LOL! I really don't see getting stuck with the tracks. They, on the other hand, seem to dig more than they ride! LMAO!

The only ones I've seen are: Fender flares They don't look huge but may be enough. I'd check with them to make sure they fit right. The rear fenders of the X2 are alot different from the regular Sportsman lineup.

Thanks for the info MooseHenden.

I missed these when I looked at DK before. I'll give'm a call and see if they'll work on a 700 x2.

They don't list the 700 or 800 x2's but I think the plastic is the same as the 500's that they do list.

Anyone know of a difference in the fenders between the 07/08 500 x2 and the 07/08 700 or 800 x2's ?????

I believe they are all the same plastic. You might ask your dealership about it to be sure.
