HSP (Hot seat performance) is working on one too for the touring, maybe give them a call.

Louder than stock, yeah..but noisey..I don't think so. Unless you heard a quad with the pipe on it and you are saying that...If someone told you that they are noisey, then you'll have to hear it for yourself. If you check out the vid on you tube with the big gun on the sportsman, the aaen sounds alot like that. As far as repacking, they all need to be repacked at some point, every couple years usually. I have had mine for about 6 months and 600 some miles, it's still good to go. Not sure what you mean by (often).

 

I read somewhere 2 times a year or after everytime they get muddy??
