HO, alot of the dealers have at least one of every model outside so you can test them. Here in SD we can ride down the street as long as they have at least 250cc, a rear view mirror, horn the is audible from 300 feet, and rear brake light. When it is in that -10 f to 4 f range it will do it after sitting for a while once it hits -15 below with a wind chill of -40 or so it will do it constantly. So I would need to have a day like that to get a true test. This is probably not going to happen anymore this year, so I'm thinking that documenting the prob with the dealer (i'm still under warranty) would make POPO responsible for the fix if it did cause an issue. It works this way with autos, if the dealer can not fix it because they can't replicate the problem be cause of a climate condition then they Doc it so if the described problem reoccurs they will fix it. I hope it would work the same with ATV's.</end quote></div>
I have had a polaris dealer note a potenial issue with a machine in case it caused a problem later...so it should work that way
