I lost my key to my trailboss 325 2001. will polaris sell me another key or something?

 

Catch 22!! You must have a key number and a KEY to get a correct key blank so you can get a key cut! Older models had numbers on switches that you could use,but not positive on yours. Either a new switch that comes with two keys OR a locksmith whichevers cheaper!

 

On the newer models can the dealer go with the VIN # to find a replacement key?

The XP owners manual says if both keys are lost the ignition needs to be replaced

 

why dont you just buy a new ignition

 

how much would a new ignition be? and where could i get one, like a polaris dealer or any one that sells polaris parts?

 

could i use any trailboss ignition for it?
