Polaris or Warn winch

Well I'm stuck with the 3500# Polaris winch, if I remember right they said it was a Warn. Not sure what kind of nylon cable they used, but it's held up well. I've pulled 4 small cars like my 07 Cavilar, and myself out 5 times lol. I'm happy they put 100' on thankfully. 3 times I had to run it under the quad and out the back. Wish Polaris could of foung a better place for the reverse over drive button instead intergating it with the mode button. Maybe like a left side floor pedal switch.
Can't use the winch switch and reverse over drive button at the same time.

The amsteel blue cable is only $55 and is American made from motoalliance. I'm picking mine up in MN next week.(no shipping) I be up there anyway for a wholesale show. I've read some reviews on the venom. Not sure
I'd do business with them.JMO

That is for 50'. The $90 option is for 50' plus a new fairlead and a snatchblock. The venom on e-bay is normally 69.99 but is on sale for 35 and the shipping is 9. I'd rather pick it up than order from the web. You can get this stuff on a 600' roll 1/4" 8000 lb rating for $540. The Viper and Venom are similar that they use dyneema fiber but the viper is Amsteel and uses a different process for improved abrasion resistance. This is what I've found from doing some research.

You probably have a polaris winch. I do not think warn made a 3500# winch.

I have not had any prob with the POLARIS winch as of yet. It has survived 8 snows worth of commercial snow removal, 100 accounts, without issue. IF your handsaver says polaris then it is a polaris winch, if it says Warn then it's a warn. Warn has not made winches for POPO for a few years now.
