Chuck, I like those lights addition. You said they were WARN lights? Where and how much? Also, where do you tap them from and does
it draw too much from the electrical/battery?
Cheers,

the lights are 911ep led stars. made by 911ep. but there not made no more. there is a newer vershion out now. the older style "like i have" have been on ebay for about $40 each. but that depeneds on the color. mine are amber. but i can easy change them to red, blue, green, white , and amber. i had gotting these a few yrs back and was gona resell them. but then i got a new wheeler and decided to put them on that. each light runs at about .4 amps. i lovem. wouldnt use any other light.

I added some LED's to the storage box on my old 2002 Magnum because the Kolpin fuel can I added partially blocked the stock lights. I added a brake light and a reversing /work light. They worked really well - brighter than the stock stuff.
I got the Superbright 6 LED units last year for around $10 each at the site below. Who knows what else they have now. All you need is a voltmeter to track the different circuits you need and those blue splice thingamajigs to install them. As I recall there were also a few spade connectors under the handlebars for accessories that weren't used. I haven't opened up my new quad yet, but there are probably some there too.
We were out on a night ride last night and one of the guys suggested running lights underneath the quad (after he tripped over a rock getting off his quad). Before you laugh, on the rubicon trail the jeep guys have lights underneath so that they can see out the side and between the wheels on technical sections. From a distance the jeeps look like UFO's You need to make sure you mount them up in the frame so that the frame protects the lights. Hmm, I think I'm talking myself into another to-do item.

When I bought my 07 Sportsman 500ho EFI they mounted a Polaris 3500.
They cut winch cover and I've couldn't believe the hack job they did. Look like they cut it out with a Saws All. They did a pretty crap job cleaning it up when I bitch about it. Then the conniving owner told me they normally don't replace it after installing the winch, they just throw them out. Now I know when I first got smoke blown up my *** by this conniving dealership owner.
