Polaris PN-5436991-070.I think it was only around $10.The factory panel has a template on the back for different cutouts if you don't want to buy one,but it is a pain to cut so it looks nice.I'm curious as to why you swapped out your stock wheels and tires to your current setup?

i cut mine out with the template i got. if needed i can send you a copy of it. or you might evon beable to cut it out by looking at the pic of mine. if you want a copy of the template all you have to do is trace it out and either use a jig saw or a dremil. i used a jig saw first. then used a air powered file type bit then a hand file. i think it looks good, and theres one thing i like is the warns seemed to be center on the wheeler. good job on the install.

Chuck_raduenz there were some templates that came with the mount for the Warn ci/ce but I did not see anything for the XT series. If you scan me one that would be great I will PM you my email. plumbob I prefer the Goodyears for the Dunbar & Goodman trails. I also like the look of chrome vs the dull aluminiums. My buddies have a cabin on Eagle River RD in Athelstane and I try go to with them as much as possible. They ride up there every other weekend. Going up Next weekend for the last ride before they close the trails for the April thaw.

I just installed a 3.0 warn winch on a 2006 700 and the template they sent with the winch instructions looked to be way off, can you send me a copy of the template you used, Thanks.

I was using a power hacksaw but put too much weight into it. For now I drilled a hole and used a plastic tie to hold it together. I was trying to make it wider so I could get to the winch lock because it was hitting the cover. I also took 2 ties to hold the bottom part down. Looks OK for now & will by me time to find a cover for cheap.

that dont look to bad. i didnt cut mine to wide for 2 reasons. 1) i wanted to hide my winch a little more 2) i cut it just right so i could mount my lights o the pannel.
how dose the winch save work for ya? im thinking about getting one...
