Polaris Customer Support

IMO they rely on dealers to provide customer service and therefore have a minimal, less than caring, likely under trained, minimum wage telephone customer support staff..
If that is the way they want to do it they need to police their dealers and have sanctions for those dealers that consistently don't provide service after the sale..and at least hear consumer complaints rather that always saying "contact your dealer"..
Case in point if you ask a dealer a question he doesn't know the answer to and he is too lazy or "busy" to find out ..you then call Polaris..they say call your dealer..you say "I did..the dealer didn't know"..they then tell you to have your dealer call Dealer Support..ok so now I am required to tell my dealer how to do his job? LOL..ridiculous.

Right on HIGHOCTANE.
To Hell with Polaris Corp. and this rude, conniving dealership owner.
