So, is the XP tank not made for a 100 mile ride?

The tank is 5.25 gallons so I guess you'd have to get about 20 mpg to get that far.

Nice job on the fuel rack. I ended up making a wood can carrier for my son's ATP as it only has a 3 gallon tank.

Very nice work!

I just got some flat mounts from Rotopax that I am going to try to mount direct to the front rack. Not sure if that is going to work or not as the plastic upright that goes through the slot on the tanks is the only piece that sits on top of the rack. So a 1/2'' x 3'' inch piece may not cover the various openings in the rack so plan B will be to makeup a plate similar to Marc340's.

Looks great. I will be getting something like that soon. I've just been carrying a full size can and it's a pain.

Moose....With power steering you lose more due to the area where the PS pump lies. Think my tank is only 4 1/2 gallons. Definitely need a solution like this one for longer rides.

I'd have to take off my front storage box to duplicate this. Need to come up with something similar, but without losing the box.
