So I broke my cv joint on my Inner Rear right axle..... Can you joint it self be replaced or does the whole axle have to be replaced?? Is there a more HD axle for the 400HO yet?? Can I do this my self or Dealer?? What will this cost to fix approx....

 

you dont need to replace the axle as i have replaced 2 of the inners on my 06' 800 and yes you could do it yourself. dont know how you broke it, but i think stock would be fine as a replacement.

Ditto on the CV guy. You can also look on eBay or if you have the $ and want some indestructable axles invest in a set from Gorilla Axle.

 

thanks alot and as to how I broke it I have no idea....I went to go spray mud and my friend and one wheel only... so it was broken before that...

 

ya brain cramp. forgot about the cv man. maybe on ebay as well.

 

I dont think that cv man has any products for the 400.....

 

I bought from american cv customer service is awsome.... and everything included was good... the only thing I didnt like the clamp type so i went and bought some better ones...
