has anyone out there done any mods to their airbox (chitty design, imo) to flow better, or just unclutter it...a freekin piece of foam and a screen Polaris? are you kidding me?

other than that, my 6 yr old rides sand with it at dumont and oceano....seems to enjoy it

Well...if it is anything like the 2008 Outlaw 50cc then I could not agree more! Seriously...the cheap plastic cover is so thin...that it does not hardly keep its shape when attached. Which allows air in/out via the cover! Not really what I think the Polaris engineer's would consider appropriate...IMHO.

I've been trying to figure a way to actually get a good seal with the cover on...and was thinking of going with silicone or tape it off. Poor design anyway you look at it.
