I have a 98 polaris 400L sport i am going to do alot of trail riding, that has alot of mud and some decent size sand hills. I was looking at tires and wondering ehich ones are good. i heard Maxxis Sur Traks are good for this condition. does anyone have these tires on their quad, and if so how are they. i also habe one other question. Do you need to balance the tires for a quad the ones that are stock do not seem to have any weights so i would imagine that they do not need to be. Any help is appreciated.

I Have Maxis AllTrax On My 99 TrailBlazer And They Do Great In The Mud And On Hill Plus They Seam To Hold Up Very Well. No You Dont Have To Balance The Tires.

Bearclaws are good as are ITP's Cpider Track. Chaparral racing has VERY competitive prices.
