Default Have Had Enough!!!!!!!!!!!

A few months ago purchased a 2004 Sportsman 700. I knew it was broke when i bought it spun bearing on the crankshaft SO I THOUGHT. Since then have rebuilt motor, replaced winch, new brakes, new ball joints, replaced front axle, replaced front differential due to cracked ring gear, replaced rear drive shaft, and now finding that the drive clutch is bad. Found ebs hub siezed and cracks on the bell. Now the question i have is the clutch on a sportsman 500 the same as the 700 with just the weights and spring being the difference. Have put way to much money in just want to go ride.

Sounds rough.. My EBS just went on me, the secondary was seized and not closing, took it apart, $30 and the polaris shop put a new spring in it and it works great.

I know the little research i have done is that a 2004 clutch are all the same other than the spring and weights. The 500 clutch is also 2004

Sounds like the previous owner drove the sh*t out of it as with only 413 miles it should be mint and problem free .

The good thing is a ATV with a spun crack bearing sells for $500 at most right,? so if you pour money into it your still ahaed I hope.
