Polaris 350L

Unhappy Polaris 350L

I have a 93 350 L that quits when going down hill like it is out of gas.It will start after sitting 30 seconds. I need help. any Ideas please.

may need a carb adjustment. It sounds like no gas is making it on grade. Not quite sure though sorry.

check the float bowl for the float being out of adjustment.

Also check the vent line on the tank

Rebuilt the carb,checked the vent, possible setting on carb we are running about 3000' it will also stop if going over mogils.

93 350's and 94 400L engines had a problem of gas dumping into engine lowering the carb bowl level because of vibration. Would do it on downhill and long runs,would die down and pick back up.On the 94 400 an update rubber support was added to transmission to help steady the carb,solved a lot of problems. The kit wont fit the 350 because the trans is different,BUT you might try to add a rubber support of some type under the carb and see if it helps. Good luck OPT
