CV Joints, brakes and wheel bearings are next to be checked.

Do the front wheels feel like there pulling left or right, do the front wheels feel like there engaging on there own when the 4x4 is in the off position, could just be a piece of rock stuck in around the brakes, or a ripped cv boot that got mud inside it but you will feel that pull and your sure you have the correct oil in the front diff.

Have you upgraded your cv joints? Tires like that can be a real strain on stock parts. I've seen it recommended to buy aftermarket like gorilla axles, to take the strain of the larger tire.
