Question on price

I was wondering if $3500 was a good price for a 1997 400 Xplorer 4X4 with 700 miles on it. It has a custom Polaris box on the front rack and 3 on the rear rack. Please e-mail me and let me know what you think. Thanks. lew6@webtv.net
