Default Will NOT Start.

This is starting to **** me off.
I have a 250 Two stroke that has had the top end rebuild. New seals and gasket so it's sealed up tight.
I have spark, I have gas. But the darn thing won't start.
I pulled the fly wheel and checked to see if the stator was where it was suppose to be and it is.
I'm bout ready to set some TNT under it and send it on its way.
I guess if I have spark the electronic module is ok?
What could it be. I did a check on the Compression and I think it's ok. My Gauge sucks but if I did the math right it should be ok.
The gauge only reads 75 psi but thats all it reads if I hit it with 100 psi from the compressor.
So It's a guess if it working or not.
This is really starting to take me over the deep end

You need 100 psi compression, buy or borrow and new gage and test again. If you have valves, did you set them to spec, if reed, is exhaust fully closed?. Both can cause low compression, if out of whack.

pull the crankcase drain make sure the case is'nt full of gas preventing it from building vacuum and try to start it with the drain plug out, did you clean the carb, the pilot jet at least ?

Was it just me or did everyone get sent to a used car site yesterday tryin to log on here.

Update on the 250.
I went out the next day and messed with it some more.
Cleaned some connectors and just made sure everything was hooked up right.
I hit the starter and after some time, it finally started up.
The more I ran it the easier it started. I guess now its a little more broke in .
New Cyclinder, Piston, New Seals , new oil pump, New gaskets, new brakes, new front lower a-arm bushings. Carb completely torn down and cleaned.
She's like new. I also Dropped the Needle down on notch. It was running a little rich.
Thanks for the help.

i'd let it run rich for the first tank or two then start leaning it out, let it break in slow and easy

What is it with this Break in?
I mean these days we buy cars, Motorcycles and you take off from the dealer and Go.
No break in.
Never bought a new ATV so I don't know if they say to break them in or not.
