Remove baffle Sportsman 400

Removing the baffle usually doesnt make that big a difference and if it does it's not the sound your looking for. I would try the air chisel or whatever you can get in there to cut it out. Better yet start looking for a pipe on ebay!

Just cause the dude wants to remove his baffle doesnt mean he is immature, or anything like that. He might ride on his own private property. Most aftermarket pipes are gonna be louder than his stocker without the bafflel, and there are an awful lot of people on here with those. If he is riding public land I'm sure if it's a problem they will be letting him know in the form of a fine. He's not the first guy on here wanting to know how to make their bike louder and he certainly won't be the last!

The only way to get an aftermarket sound out of stock is to drill a hole in the end and put an end cap sort of thing on.
