that dont look like my carb.. my carb is that brand but the cap dont spin off like that... its screwed on.. also do i have to take the fenders and gas tank off just to get to the carb?
Yes the carb is a slide and your ATV has a CV(Constant Velocity) but the bottom end bowl floats, main jet, choke plunger and pilot jets is the same which is the important part to clean.

cam lobe GONE--Filings in tank and crank case
I had all the same issues--great idle, no power on rev up, pops and snap back fire, carb not plugged or dirty, fuel clean and new, change oil 1-2 times a year, use polaris oil, hardly ride it anymore anyways, on and on.
I read these post about cam lobe wear and looked at it --I bet 10 times in the engine. Swore up and down that cam was ok each time.
Moral of the post here--look close, are the exaust valves moving the same amount? That is what a recent post suggested and that is exactly what I did not have.
I installed a new cam and exaust rocker arm for $255.33 and I'm back in business. Runs like new--
THANKS FOR YOUR POSTS--even if I was too bullheaded or stuborn to follow then from the start.
PS change oil, in tank, open the bottom plug in the crank case and check the screen on the back of the oil tank (remove the banjo bolt)--mine had metal filings and mush in all those places.
