I just took the dipstick out of the crank and it started to overflow all over the ground. Surprised me cause bike hasnt been run in a month and the oil sure looked tin. Dipped my finger in to find out that it is gas and have no idea how it got in there and is it a serious problem???
What I want to know is how did it get in there and how do I stop it from happening again???
Dont wanna end up 60 miles back in bush and engine seizes. I am very mechanical and have rebuilt many 2 stroke bikes and snowmachines in my racing career, but when it comes to 4 Strokes I have never even tried to take one apart.
Also what should the compression be on this 4 stroke and do I test it the same as my 2 strokes??

Yup! but first you need to remove the carb and repair this issue it could just sometimes be a piece of dirt that got stuck. But if the carb has never been serviced it's most likely needle and seat. No you didn't harm the engine but yes I would definitly drain all the oil out and let sit for a little while to evaporate the remaining fuel or perform a couple oil changes and also replace the filter. Let me know how you made out Happy Trails.

HERES AN UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took the carb apart and fully cleaned and adjusted it as well as put in new needle and seat as suggested. Changed oil fiter and drain crankcase and filled her up. Well I went for a 30 mile ride to camp checked oil and crank was fine, however when we got back to the truck after 30 miles back I checked crank again and bingo full of gas again.
What the heck is causing this?? I just spent $50 in Oil $15 filter and $50 for needle and seat and that didnt fix it. I spent $115 for nothing and now need to change oil again and fiter.
On the ride it did this 3 times (while driving through a slow spot it bogged down and stop, then another time it bogged down while driving in 4th)
