SCRAMBLER 400 vs. 300ex
#11
Blazer250 it's definently a drag race, I've raced a warrior before on track and my scrambler through me around like a rag doll.
I have a PSI performance pipe on the scrambler, which gives an increase of 10 horsepower.
I thing I can safely bet enough money for some new front tires.

i have beaten 300ex's on my mojave before. I am polaris man so i'm not bashing scramblers but i have beat 2 stock scrambler 400's on my mojave. Both times the owners claimed that they weren't running right but they seemed like they were to me. They are much faster than the 300ex but if he has any mods and yours is stock you better watch it. I don't think that you have anything to worry about, you shouldn't have a problem as long as you get a good jump off the line. Let us know what the outcome is. Good luck!

Scramdaddy,
I know that you realize that the added "10 hp" is spread over the overall power. Really your only seeing about 1-3 added hp over stock. Anyway, if you doubt that a piped 400 won't beat a stock 300ex, then I don't think you should be racing him. And in my "flame" brothers defense, every post from you in our Honda forum, is trash talk. It's a case of...if you talk trash, we talk trash back. Just like you loyal Polaris guys, we are proud of our Hondas. It's just natural. We're guys, as soon as you start talking about anything with an engine, things usually get ugly. But, the same guys who talk trash to you would ride side by side with you at any trail.
