Snorkels Walkthru

This is one of the best write ups Ive seen. You might have to change a few thins. I'm using this to do my 04 600 and a 06 500.

I agree that was a good informative site for snorkeling my model and year Sportsman. Cool! I would like to do it, just not ready to sacrifice the cargo box and not sure how I feel about permanent snorkels on the top. Anyway to concel them in the pod housing etc? Anyone done that and do you have a write up similar to the above link?

Thanks,

R'

I was thinking of a snorkel to the pod as well. I found some decent write ups with pics but you need to cut the plastic under the pod to fit the tubes. I just don't trust that I would make a clean cut and retain a clean look. Also I don't want all that dirty air from my clutch exhaust being the first thing that my air intake sucks in. Especially if you blow a belt.

Not to mention my pod is filling up fast with relays and other extra wires from any additional electric mods.
