Aaen kit sold as for a module I beleive power commander makes what is called the cherry bomb for your model of unit that eliminates the rev limiter and also a timing key is an easy install and runs about 20.oo$ With the above mentioned you will see a noticeable increase. If you need more help let me know.

07 800sp, head porting, bored throttle body, high perf cam, advanced timing key, full high velocity exhaust, polaris team clutches, fully clutched, power commander usb3, K&N air filter, front and rear brush guards, front and rear heavy duty springs, custom polaris wheels, 30" mud lite's this was sponsored by Midcity and also Bikeman Performance in Osceola, Wi.
yeaa please give me more helpp. where to go to get the aaen kit. what does it come with. and what is the jet kit and other things you are tawlking about loacted. can you give me a website

Ya Aaen has a website that will provide you with all the info that you need and pics of the goods. I don't know where you live so I don't know who's around you for atv mods. If you want something other than Aaen, Bikeman Performance has bolt on kits for your atv. The kit will include everything you need to do so. It's a better kit but again $ is the factor. Depends on how much you want to spend. Let me know which way you want to go with the mod upgrades. We'll go from there ok bud.

Hey man, both sites are Aaen atv performance and Bikeman performance. Check them both out and see what they have for your atv but I'm 100% sure that bikeman will have more. Your going to like the power gains and the new clutching gains a lot.

All I was saying is that with the deals he can get at this time is to go bigger and it will do a lot more for him and save him money in the long run. Like this 06 800 for $3200 and a few more
2006 POLARIS SPORTSMAN 800 for sale in Alameda, CA: Four Wheeler - ATVTraderOnline.com

2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 Twin for sale in Watkins, MN: Work/Utility - ATVTraderOnline.com

2005 Polaris Sportsman 700 Twin EFI for sale in Harmony, PA: Work/Utility - ATVTraderOnline.com
If he can get say $2500 from his sportsman then there is no way he could do anything to get to the level of performance the 700 or 800 has for $700. There are deals like this allover the net, all you have to do is look for them. Just the mods mentioned will cost him around $450 or more and doing that to a 98 with a lot of miles on it, there is a question of will it last or will he be spending money in the near future to get it back to where it will even run. So if he can hold off for a while until he can afford the difference he will be much better off, especially if he does not have money to spend for repairs in the future. All I am looking at is spending money wisely. My suggestion is for now to just do the clutch and save the money to get a bigger ATV if he dose not like the power he has now. As I said before this is just my 2 cents worth.

big O your right, it will cost him approx with the jet kit, exhaust, clutching, K&N filter and some good mud tires at least 1000$ so if he did sell his atv for 2500 plus the 1000 that's the price of a used 800 in the US but not in Canada.
