Boot Replacement

alright I will take another look. Did you have to take the shaft right out of the transmission? I am trying to avoid doing that. Maybe the ring is just at the bottom and thats why i cant see it.

The ring is inside the cv joint, down in there with the *****. You can't see it with the boot on. I found it easier to take the whole shaft off, just like the sticky says.

Ya I found the ring now. I just need to wait for my buddy because I can't spread the ring apart and pull it off at the some time ha.
